Before requesting for repair or replacement of your NextGen™ Rechargeable Hearing Aid:

Please examine your NextGenT Rechargeable Hearing Aid before contacting our Customer Service Center or sending it to our Repair Service Center. If all five (5) self examination methods are ineffective, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Problem: Can't hear any sound.

1. Is the Rechargeable Hearing Aid fully charged?
   - Please fully charge the unit before first time use.
2. Does the power switch on?
   - Please twist the volume adjustment wheel and turn the power on.
3. Have the rechargeable batteries exhausted completely?
   - Please replace the exhausted rechargeable batteries with new rechargeable batteries or you can use the AC Adapter to have the hearing aid charged.
4. Did the ear cap clog with earwax?
   - Please use the cleaning brush accessory to clean the clogged ear cap.
5. Is there a reception problem?
   - If there is a reception problem, we suggest the user visit their physician to conduct a medical examination.
